Setas first month in Montpellier
Joining the Montpellier team has been everything I expected it would be. I knew the training would be tough but I was ready for the challenge. The fitness training, I felt comfortable with but I do regret not going to Crossfit back in Vegas. It would have helped a lot over here...Yeah I know Jeff, Andy and Coach stressed the importance of it! my bad lol The weight training has probably been the toughest because I have never really trained with weights but am starting to enjoy it. The best part of practice for me of course, is getting on the field and doing ball work! My teammates and coaches have been very friendly and helpful. They are very good about helping with the language barrier and making me feel welcomed on the team.

The level of rugby here is definitely much higher than the U.S. I am lucky to have the opportunity to play with guys who have represented their countries in rugby from France, Georgia, Fiji, Samoa, Argentina and also with players that have played in the Super 14. It is very unreal and humbling.

Aside from rugby, France is very, very beautiful and the weather is perfect. I am blessed to experience all of this. Of course I cant forget the food! The bakeries here are one of my favorite spots! Surprisingly, I've actually lost my cravings for American junk food with all this training...but I still miss my cheetos lol

I want to send my love to Coach and his family at this time. I am grateful for all the time and effort you have put into me and the team. Your family is definitely in my prayers.

Good luck to the team...get ready to win another title! Love you Vegas....
